The issue that matters to me most is development. I am from a very poor community where only some have the opportunity to go to school and others are left with no direction. Yet, I was fortunate enough to attend University and after the completion of my studies I immediately started to create my own development projects. A good leader must live meaningfully in their lives before leading anyone. They are not only good in commanding, they must be dynamic and diverse, inspiring everyone around them.
They must know how to listen and solve the issues in their community. A good leader needs to be determined, making correct decision and have courage during blunders.
